Thompson's Appliance services all of Tarrant County and the Grand Prairie
area. In addition to being HVAC certified, our service techs are factory
trained and certified. To set up a service call, call us at 817-277-1131
or you can simply fill out the below form and one of our service representatives
will contact you to schedule a date and timeframe. Service calls are scheduled
between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 1:00 pm on
Saturdays. The trip charge and diagnosis is $69.50 ($79.50 for some specialty
appliances) (add $5.00 for Sat call) plus parts and labor on any repair. Our
service vans carry a wide variety of high usage parts. To reduce costs and
inconvenience to you, we annually update the service van's stock to help us
solve your appliance problem on our first visit to your home. We also offer
in-store repairs where you can drop off your appliance to our on-site repair
center. In-store repair costs are $39.50 plus parts and labor.
